The front desk staff was cute. They provided all necessary information about the amenities. The room was super clean. It had comfortable bedding and a beautiful view.
The elevators were small. They also felt dated. The restaurant could not accommodate us for dinner.

room size efficient service
The room size was nice. The AC cooled to a desire temperature. Room service came quick and efficient. The window shutter made excellent blackout.
The breakfast had limited choice. It was not up to the standard.

stylish and MODERN
modern features friendly staff
the hotel was very stylish. MODERN features impressed me. the cleanliness was really good and the staff helped us, they were super friendly and cute. location is perfect, only a short walk to the station. It is also close to the lake and christmas markets.
unfortunately, an impersonal experience. despite emailing months in advance, i was allocated a room directly next to the lift. it was WAKING me repeatedly during the night, by people arriving on the floor.

small elevator uninspired breakfast
The elevators were small. They felt cramped. Breakfast was uninspired. The range of choices felt narrow. the restaurant could not accommodate us for dinner. That was really annoying. the staff reaction was like 'too bad, figure it out'.
